Attending regular Dental visits can help keep your teeth and gums healthy while letting us catch any issues before they turn into major and costly problems. Most Dental insurances cover these visits at 100% no cost to you. If you do happen to have Dental concerns that must be addressed, we are happy to file your Dental insurance for you. We also offer flexible payment options through care-credit financing, which in most cases can be interest-free. Replacing Minor or Non-Restorable Teeth:
Reserved Appointment Policy
Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients and respect their schedules as well. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time for you. In fairness to other patients and our office staff, we require advanced notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.

Our policy requires at least two business days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments lasting 2 hours or longer require three business days' notice.

Business days are Monday through Friday during normal office hours.

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule and are subject to the late cancellation fee as well.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals are subject to the following fees:
- Hygiene appointment (less than 2 hours): $50
- Doctor appointment (less than 2 hours): $75
- ANY appointment reserved for 2 hours or longer : $120
If you have two appointments in the same day, you will be charged separately for each appointment. If multiple people in the same family have appointments on the same day, all broken appointments will be charged a separate cancellation fee.
If your account is charged a cancellation fee, you will have to satisfy the charges before your next appointment can be made. Patients with repeated missed appointments may be required to prepay for services or keep a credit card on file to reserve future appointments. Repeated failures to keep scheduled appointments may also result in dismissal from the practice.
